Professional story
I have been a coach and mentor for 20 years, working with companies and organisations in a range of sectors from education and charity to the corporate world. I have held positions of Coaching & Mentoring Lead & Executive Coach for a corporate insurance company, Head of HR for a global charity, Senior HR Business Partner across the UK and Ireland.
I have coached leaders and managers at all levels and stages of career.
My coaching is regularly supervised to ensure quality and professional progression.
I am passionate about building strong relationships with my clients, enabling them to thrive in their careers. I have a keen interest in reflective practice as a leadership development tool, supporting individuals as they become stronger, more resilient leaders. I am known to be a calm presence, creating supportive challenge from which fresh insights and perspectives flow.

My perfect day off would kick off with brunch at the beach, followed by an afternoon on the water with friends and drawing to a close watching the sun set with camera close to-hand!
