APPROACH

As your coach I hope to be invited to become your ‘thinking partner’.
To create a safe, confidential space where you can be who you really are.
To offer you support and challenge, with empathy.

I like to listen closely, and gently challenge your thinking and perceptions. To enable you to reflect and learn. To see your role, your life, your future, through a new lens.

My coaching style will offer moments of stillness and calm that will relax your mind and open your heart. Visual resources and techniques offer new insights and pose important questions for you to reflect upon.

The aim, as we work together, is for you to see yourself differently. To imagine a clear path ahead. To believe in a better future.

At a personal or professional level, you may: lack confidence; feel as though you have lost your way, become stuck, somehow; unsure about what should come next; struggling to overcome a particular challenge…

What can we achieve together?

In our coaching space, we can explore your strengths and unique qualities, applying these to your personal life and professional role. To bring a growth-mindset and to realise your potential.

My ‘creative Lens’ approach to coaching helps you to view yourself, your whole person, and the environment in which you live and work, in a fresh, clearer, sharper way.

  • Sense of purpose and direction

  • Realisation of strengths and unique qualities

  • Confidence and self-belief

  • Clarification of career path

Approach

Creative

The benefits of our agreed and chosen space, and the choice of resources that we use, will offer a context in which your mind and heart will be opened, leading to new self-knowledge. There will be gentle challenge and new insight.

I offer outdoor coaching in amongst nature (weather permitting) or a carefully chosen indoor location that enjoys conducive natural light and appealing space. This can really free the mind.

The use of art in various forms and interaction with other physical resources, can bring surprising new perspective.

Outdoors

Being outdoors adds to the value and power of the coaching conversation, incorporating aspects of the natural environment that it is hard to replicate indoors

Coaching outdoors is invigorating, grounding, refreshing and mentally stimulating. It is also handy for getting your steps in!

You cant go back and change the beginning, but you can
start where you are and change the ending
